PLS Group is seeking a Mining Supervisor to lead and oversee open-cut mining operations at our Pilgangoora site in the Pilbara region.
This permanent full-time role offers FIFO days/nights from Perth or DIDO arrangements, with a focus on safe, efficient execution and strong team leadership.
You will coach frontline leaders, manage safety, production plans, and stakeholder relationships to deliver the mine plan. WA DMIRS compliance and S26 supervision are essential.
