You'll join a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions for SMEs. Originally launched in Australia, the business has expanded across APAC, UK, USA, Canada and Europe and has funded more than $5B in loans.
What you'll do
- Develop written content across blogs, customer stories, case studies, website pages, email campaigns, guides, and sales collateral.
- Interview customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to turn complex financial topics into clear, useful stories for SME and partner audiences.
- Manage day-to-day social content execution and support executive thought leadership, particularly across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Create and optimise content for SEO, topical authority, AI-powered search visibility, and long-term organic growth.
- Coordinate simple video and multimedia content with design teams and external creators where needed.
- Support campaigns, product launches, partner resources, PR opportunities, award submissions, and regional initiatives with commercially relevant content.
Who we're looking for
Must-haves
- 2–3 years of hands‐on experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital content.
- Strong long-form and short-form writing skills across formats like blogs, web copy, email, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Experience creating social content and supporting thought leadership content for business audiences.
- Confidence interviewing stakeholders, customers, or subject matter experts and extracting clear, engaging stories from complex topics.
- Working knowledge of SEO-informed content development, plus comfort coordinating, filming, and editing video for social media content.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, SME, or another complex or regulated B2B sector.
- Experience working in a fast-growing business or agency environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Hands‐on experience with Webflow or WordPress.
- Familiarity with AI content tools and modern content workflows.
- Exposure to regional or cross-market content needs.
