Platinum Solar Group is growing its in-house sales team and we're looking for Office Sales Closers to join us. This is an in-office role at our Condell Park office, with flexible hours. You'll work pre-booked solar and battery appointments over the phone, so there's no cold calling and no driving to appointments. You'll take homeowners and businesses from the first conversation through to a signed contract, give them honest advice about the system that suits their property, and keep your pipeline tight in the CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Call pre-booked, pre-qualified solar and battery leads
- Run a consistent, honest conversation from open to close over the phone (and video where needed)
- Present tailored solar and battery proposals and handle objections with care
- Follow up every quote properly and chase paperwork and deposits through to signing
- Log activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM
What's on offer
- Commission only, uncapped. OTE $150k to $170k+ for consistent closers
- Booked leads supplied, so you spend your time closing, not prospecting

About you
- Proven experience closing deals over the phone (solar, energy, finance, telco or similar)
- Solar knowledge is a bonus but not essential, because we'll train you on the product
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly on the phone
- Resilient, self-driven and comfortable earning on commission
- Reliable and coachable
