We are working with a leading Australian private markets investor on an exciting Associate opportunity across its Real Assets and Growth strategies.
With funds under management across private equity buyouts, growth investments and real assets, the fund offers the opportunity to join a growing investment platform with a genuine private equity approach to investing. The Real Assets strategy focuses on core plus and value add infrastructure and alternative real assets.
The role will work across both Real Assets, providing exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from origination and transaction execution through to portfolio management. You’ll work closely with senior investment professionals, assess new opportunities, build and review financial models, lead due diligence workstreams, prepare investment committee papers and contribute to the ongoing performance of existing investments and portfolio companies.
We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years’ experience across investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real assets funds, or a relevant Big Four transactions team. A generalist background across infrastructure, industrials or broader real assets would be particularly attractive. Strong modelling, execution and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously in a lean investment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond pure advisory work, take on meaningful investment responsibility and gain broad exposure across private equity, growth and real assets.
