The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating new opportunities, managing investor materials, supporting both equity and debt funding initiatives, and contributing to special projects across the business. The role also includes supporting corporate treasury and working with internal teams and external advisors across legal, financial, and technical areas.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction services, corporate development, or real asset funds, with a strong preference for exposure to the mining or natural resources sectors.
