Plantation Homes in Brisbane Central is seeking a Maintenance and Warranties Supervisor to lead maintenance and warranty work carried out by subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and materials across our new home projects. The role is based on-site, covering Rochedale to City, with a fully maintained vehicle, iPad and phone provided.
Reporting to the Home Assurance Manager, you will oversee quality assurance, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with OH&S, BCA, energy and other relevant standards.
