Senior Philanthropy Adviser | Plan International Australia
Location: Sydney, NSW | Remote/Hybrid
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $53–$56 per hour + superannuation
We're looking for an experienced philanthropy professional to help grow Plan International Australia's philanthropic presence in Sydney/NSW.
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and high-value philanthropic relationships across NSW, QLD, ACT and NT, build new networks and secure meaningful, long-term investment in girls' rights and gender equality.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience securing and growing major gifts
- Strong relationships and knowledge of the Sydney/NSW philanthropy market
- Strategic thinking, excellent relationship management skills and a passion for gender equality
- Flexible remote/hybrid working arrangements
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment
- Opportunity to shape our growing philanthropy program
