Ready to step out from behind the scenes and into the world of luxury real estate? This is your opportunity to work alongside Denis Nazjar, a highly regarded Lead Agent specialising in the luxury property market, and gain the exposure, experience and mentorship to accelerate your real estate career. We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and client-focused Co-Agent who wants more than a traditional Sales Associate role. At Place Woolloongabba, you’ll be client-facing from day one, working across listings, open homes, buyer appointments and prospecting while developing the skills, confidence and relationships to build your own successful business.

About the Role

This is more than a support role - it’s an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while working alongside an experienced Lead Agent. You’ll be involved in every stage of the sales process, gaining firsthand experience in listing presentations, campaign management, buyer engagement, negotiations and auction campaigns. With Denis’ guidance and access to established property stock and client relationships, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your own network, generate leads and build the foundations for a successful career as a Lead Agent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Listings and campaigns: Attend listing appointments, assist with sales campaigns, coordinate marketing and prepare properties for market, including photoshoots and styling.
  • Buyer and seller engagement: Host open homes, conduct private inspections, attend buyer appointments and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Prospecting and lead generation: Proactively identify opportunities, generate your own leads and leverage Denis’ established database and property stock to grow your network.
  • Sales and auction support: Work alongside Denis throughout the sales process, from initial appraisal and campaign launch through to negotiations, auction day and settlement.
  • Client and campaign coordination: Schedule meetings, maintain accurate client databases and coordinate inspections, valuations, building inspections and pre-settlement requirements.
  • Career development: Learn proven prospecting, negotiation and relationship‑management strategies, with the goal of progressing towards running your own listings.

About You

You’re ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to build a long-term career in real estate. You’re comfortable working with people, eager to learn from an experienced agent and ready to take ownership of your development. To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Current Queensland Sales Registration Certificate;
  • A current Driver’ Licence and reliable vehicle;
  • Availability to work a six-day roster, including Saturdays;
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales or business development, with a genuine desire to grow within the industry;
  • A strong ambition to become a Lead Agent and ultimately manage your own listings;
  • A proactive, self‑motivated attitude, with resilience, sales drive and a strong work ethic;
  • Confidence on the phone, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients;
  • A professional, polished and client-focused approach;
  • A positive attitude, growth mindset and the initiative to seek out new opportunities.

Why you’ll love this role

This isn’t another Sales Associate position where your career progression is limited by someone else’s success. You’ll gain direct exposure to the luxury property market, learn alongside Denis Nazjar, benefit from hands‑on mentorship and develop the skills and relationships needed to build your own business within the Place network. If you’ve already got your foot in the door in real estate — or have a strong sales background and are ready to take the next step — this is your opportunity to turn ambition into action.
