  • Lead market engagement within the ports industry, working collaboratively with our Transport, Capability and Market leaders
  • Drive business development across Ports, Maritime and Coastal, identifying opportunities and converting them into secured work
  • Shape and drive proposals and pursuits, defining scope, methodology, risks and value proposition, including contract negotiation

  • Proven experience in executing growth plans that align with strategic objectives
  • A strong track record of winning work and developing client relationships in the Ports, Maritime or Coastal market
  • The ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into compelling client value

  • Experience shaping proposals, identifying opportunities and contributing to successful pursuits
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of contract types, risk allocation, procurement models and commercial frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
  • Confidence in client-facing environments, with the ability to influence and build trust
