The role
- Own and build the public sector pipeline across federal, state and local government in Australia
- Land and expand enterprise accounts, with deal cycles that involve procurement panels, tenders, security assessments and multi-stakeholder sign-off
- Run complex, high-value sales cycles end to end: prospecting, discovery, business case, procurement, close
- Build the public sector playbook for APAC, including procurement pathways, compliance requirements and partner routes
What you bring
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a consistent record of exceeding quota
- Proven experience selling into federal and state government (non-negotiable)
- Strong command of MEDDPICC
- Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles and rigorous procurement
- Experience at scale-ups or start-ups, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with constant change and little structure
- Self-starter who can build pipeline from scratch, not just work inbound
