Pioneer Nursing Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership and governance across our community home care services. The role combines direct patient care with organisational leadership, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, and quality improvement.
The Clinical Nurse will work closely with the Care Manager to ensure services are responsive, evidence-based and compliant with standards, enabling clients to remain living safely at home.
