What you'll do

• Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and Partner Managers to meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Create and execute outbound and inbound programs to convert high-potential brands into Pinterest advertisers.
• Build and refine processes to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
• Develop ANZ-specific market strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.
• Report performance, risks, and insights to global stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
• Oversee vendor partner relationships to ensure consistent execution and goal alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing sales or business development teams in digital advertising or SaaS.
• Expertise in designing and implementing pipeline generation programs.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into operational frameworks and scalable processes.
• Deep understanding of the ANZ digital advertising market and existing professional networks.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work from the Sydney office 2 days per week.
