Make a meaningful difference in your OT career

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a role that offers flexibility, clinical support and genuine opportunities for professional growth?

We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services to children and adults across the community.

Whether you're an experienced clinician ready for your next challenge or a new graduate looking to build a strong foundation, this opportunity offers the support, flexibility and development you need to thrive.

About the Role

You'll deliver a diverse range of occupational therapy services across community, telehealth and centre-based settings, supporting clients to achieve their individual goals and improve their independence, participation and quality of life.

This is a mobile, community-based position offering flexibility to work from home or one of the service hubs when you're not working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for paediatric and adult clients.
  • Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals and improve functional outcomes.
  • Complete assistive technology (AT) assessments and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality clinical reports within required timeframes.
  • Manage a varied caseload while meeting clinical and service delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, referrers and other key stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development.

A Graduate Program Designed Around You

New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Starting your career as an Occupational Therapist should be an exciting and supported experience. Our structured 12-month graduate program is designed to help you build clinical confidence, develop practical skills and transition smoothly into professional practice.

You'll benefit from:

  • A comprehensive induction week to get you started.
  • Weekly one-to-one clinical supervision.
  • Opportunities to shadow experienced clinicians.
  • Core clinical skills training and internal professional development.
  • Fortnightly group mentoring sessions.
  • Regular mental health and wellbeing check-ins.
  • Access to experienced senior clinicians across multiple disciplines.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, ask questions, build your skills and develop your own clinical approach in a supportive environment.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary: $85,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
  • Professional development: Ongoing learning and opportunities to expand your clinical expertise.
  • Performance bonuses: Additional earning potential.
  • Work flexibility: A combination of community, telehealth and centre-based work, with flexibility to work from home or service hubs when appropriate.
  • Clinical support: Regular supervision, mentoring and access to senior clinicians.
  • Career progression: Opportunities to grow your skills and develop your career.
  • Relocation assistance: Available for suitable interstate and international candidates.
  • A varied caseload: Work with both paediatric and adult clients, making a meaningful difference across the community.

About You

We're interested in Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping people achieve greater independence and who value evidence-based practice, collaboration and continuous learning.

You will ideally have:

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-centred approach and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and engage in ongoing professional development.

Previous experience in community-based practice and the NDIS is beneficial, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
