Melbourne CBD Property Manager
Looking for a change from managing multiple properties across different locations? This is an opportunity to step into a premium residential environment and be part of one of the fastest-growing sectors in property.
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a high-end Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential asset in Melbourne's CBD. With a dedicated on-site role, you can focus on one property, build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to a quality living experience within a premium residential community.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will support the day-to-day property management of the asset, working closely with the Leasing team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of resident service.
- Conducting incoming and outgoing inspections.
- Supporting leasing activities and resident enquiries.
- Managing rental arrears and following up outstanding payments.
- Working closely with the Leasing team to support the resident journey.
- Assisting with resident events and community engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the overall onsite operations and presentation of the property.
About you
You will have a background in residential property management and a sound understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation. Experience in Build-to-Rent or premium residential property will be highly regarded.
You will also bring:
- A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing inspections, arrears and resident enquiries.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine interest in delivering a high standard of resident service.
The details
- Immediate start through to March 2027. Full-time, five days per week onsite
- $75,000 - $85,000 inclusive of superannuation.
