Pinnacle People is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Reservations Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Role
- Manage bookings and reservations via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records and booking information
- Coordinate staffing requirements nationally
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Roster
- 4 or 5 days per week
- Hours: 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Opportunity for additional shifts as required
About You
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven administration, reservations, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office & Excel
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
