In this role, you’ll collaborate with leaders and teams across Pinnacle on every stage of the process - from shaping ideas to working side-by-side with stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change.
- Contribute to the design, development and execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance.
- Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades.
- Experience or a strong interest in developing automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Copilot Agents and Power Apps.
- Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience, or university case competition.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for driving change and improving business processes.
- A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
The role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.
