Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast is seeking a flexible Ward Receptionist to join the Maternity ward on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients, visitors and callers.
You will manage a range of administrative duties including:
- Patient admissions, discharges and transfers
- Appointment bookings
- Medical record preparation
- Patient billing and receipting
- General front-of-house duties
