The predicted salary is between 15.3 - 18.7 $ per hour.
Pimpama Pavilion is now seeking applications for a Retail Attendant to work in our hotel drive-thru and retail bottle shop located at our venue and also other retail bottle shops located on the northern end of the Gold Coast. This casual position requires the flexibility to work across a range of weekdays, nights, weekends and/or public holiday shifts and the ability to complete open and closing procedures of the shop. The role will be a combination of working as part of a team and other times working autonomously. The retail attendant position is approximately 18 - 25 hours per week.
Retail Attendant duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service and advice
- Unpacking, moving, lifting and putting away stock
- Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked
- Carrying stock to customer vehicles in drive-thru area
- Performing ID checks, cash handling, reconciliation and stock control
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop
The Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Wine knowledge and experience is highly preferred
- Physical strength required as this role requires lifting and carrying cartons of beer and wine
- Highly motivated and outgoing personality
- Must be well presented
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol - or must be able to obtain prior to commencing
