Pilot Hill is seeking an experienced, passionate Property Manager to join our growing Yamba team. This is an opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio, build relationships and help shape a business you’re proud to be part of.
Starting part-time, the role offers flexibility as we grow. You could move into full-time work or remain part-time and build a team around you. We’re interested in creating a pathway that works for the right person and the business.
The opportunity
You’ll take an active role in building our rent roll, backed by Pilot Hill and their holidaymaker facing brand oceanstays.com.au, marketing and 24/7 team support. You’ll connect with prospective owners, nurture enquiries and confidently explain the value of thoughtful, proactive property management.
From rental appraisals and owner meetings to local networking and promotional campaigns, you’ll help put Pilot Hill in front of the right people. You’ll work with our team to develop ideas, identify opportunities and turn strong relationships into new business.
Alongside growing the book, you’ll deliver the service that makes owners want to stay and recommend us. You’ll look after properties, support owners and tenants and keep maintenance and
