Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this stimulating Permanent Part Time Retail Inventory Lead role at our brand-new Brendale store. We’re looking for a Retail Inventory Lead to join our team and take ownership of all things inventory, replenishment and back‑of‑house operations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves accuracy, organisation and process. You’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our stockroom safe and organised, and our stores fully replenished and ready for our customers.
A bit about you...
- Enjoy a hands‑on role and understands this is not a desk‑based inventory administration position
- Inventory and stock‑receiving experience preferably in a high‑volume retail environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and time management
- Strong communicator and self‑motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practices
- Solutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
- Ability to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quickly
- Demonstrates self‑awareness and is open to personal and professional development
- An influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
