We're on the hunt for a superstar Studio Manager to join our @Pilates Studio in Brighton Vic!
We're looking for someone with great energy, a natural flair for sales and a genuine passion for health and wellness. Someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on achieving targets and gets a real buzz out of growing a business.
This isn't your typical studio management role. Yes, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, but your biggest focus will be growing our membership base, keeping our members happy and inspiring your team to do the same.
What you'll be doing

Driving membership growth – following up leads, converting trials, generating new sales and identifying opportunities to grow the studio.

Creating an amazing member experience – building genuine relationships, keeping members engaged and proactively improving retention.

Leading a small team – motivating, coaching and supporting staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Managing studio operations – coordinating staff rosters, supervising shifts and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

Getting involved locally – building community connections, supporting promotions and finding creative ways to attract new members.

Have experience leading or supervising a team.

Experience in fitness, membership sales, wellness, beauty or customer-focused retail would be fantastic, but personality, initiative and sales ability are what really matter to us.
The details

Location: Brighton, Melbourne

Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week

Shifts: You'll need flexibility to work both morning (7am–11am) and afternoon/evening (3pm–7pm) shifts and some admin hours also on your own time.
