- Greeting and assisting clients with a smile
- Answering phone calls with clarity and professionalism
- Data entry with high attention to detail
- Managing appointments and spreadsheets with strong numeracy skills
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of our practice
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with basic office software
