PhysioSport O'Connor is seeking to employ a permanent part-time receptionist. Approximately 15-25 hours a week with flexible hours.

We are currently looking for an organized, warm, and proactive Part-Time Permanent Receptionist to join our close-knit front desk team.

This role will involve managing the front reception desk, liaising with patients, supporting physiotherapy staff, and general administration duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Invoicing and processing payments including HICAPS
- Administration support
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Available to work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
- Professional and personable telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks
- High standard of presentation
- Accounting experience welcome but not essential
