Physio To You is seeking a dedicated Community Dietitian to join our growing team in Melbourne, VIC. This casual role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly clients by delivering high-quality in-home nutrition assessments and personalised dietary support.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments with clients in their homes
- Developing and implementing individualised nutrition care plans tailored to clients’ health goals and needs
- Collaborating with clients, their families, and the wider multidisciplinary care team to support ongoing wellbeing
- Providing education and practical dietary advice to improve health outcomes and independence
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and professional standards
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Dietetics or Nutrition and eligibility for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
- At least 2 years’ experience in community health, aged care, or a related setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Confidence using digital health technologies and client management systems
- A compassionate and client-centred approach to care
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
