About the Role

As 2IC, you will work closely with the Practice Manager to support smooth day to day operations of our clinics across multiple locations. You will play an important role in supporting the administrative and clinical teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with day-to-day practice operations and administration

• Supporting administrative and clinical teams

• Assisting NDIS processes, compliance and reporting

• Rostering and scheduling

• Managing customer experience and service flow

• Coordinating private hospital, clinic and community-based programs

• Building strong relationships with patients, partners and stakeholders

• Supporting the Practice Manager with operational tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

You will be someone who:

• Brings experience in medical or allied health administration, with previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded

• Has experience with—or is eager to learn—NDIS processes and compliance

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Learns quickly and adapts to a dynamic environment

• Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Presents professionally and represents our team with pride

• Enjoys supporting staff and contributing to a great workplace culture

• Is ready to go all-in for Physio Plus!
