Be a welcoming first point of contact for patients at Physio Cure. We are seeking a casual receptionist who is organised, communicates clearly and takes pride in a thoughtful patient experience at our Elwood and Beaumaris clinics.
Two Bayside clinic locations
Elwood: Level 1, 61 Brighton Road, Elwood VIC 3184.
Beaumaris: 19 Keys Street, Beaumaris VIC 3193.

About the role
Support the smooth running of the clinic by managing enquiries, appointments and routine administration. You will help patients feel informed and welcome while keeping bookings, payments and information accurate.
What you will bring
- A minimum of 1-year experience in private practice is preferred though not essential
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- First Aid and CPR Qualifications
- Working With Children's Check
- National Police Check
- Ability to develop excellent rapport with your clients and maintain a loyal caseload
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Welcome patients and respond to routine enquiries.
- Manage appointments and assist with clinician schedules.
- Process payments and routine claims, including HICAPS where applicable.
- Keep patient contact and booking information accurate and confidential.
- Assist with payment enquiries and administrative follow-up.
- Help maintain a tidy, prepared reception and clinic environment.
