Phillip Riley are seeking an ICT Support & Test Engineer. Fantastic location and working environment. We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate person to aid the business project rollout period.
The role:
- Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
- Advise on revision and updated plans and improvements to meet standard and policy requirements
- Managing control, access and reporting on these
- Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges
- Developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT Systems
- System review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future proofing strategies
About you:
- 1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or highly related field
- Experience in a busy IT environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Technical experience - In depth experience supporting different operating systems
- A passion for quality customer service & team player!
