Job Description
Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team. You will report to the Managing Director. Tasks include:
- Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
- Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
- Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
- Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
- Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports; team management and leadership;
- Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
- Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;

- Have a keen interest in technology and entrepreneurship
- You will have the ability to combine the growth strategies of several companies while having a hands‑on approach to operations and process
improvement.

- Great communication and management skills
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
This role is suited to an experienced yet ambitious individual, with plans to grow into a broader management role. Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation.
