What you will do :
Draft legal documents that protect families and secure legacies, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Advise clients on estate planning, capacity and tax strategies, helping them prepare for the future with confidence.
Manage estate administration, including probate, asset valuation and inheritance distribution, ensuring a smooth legal process for grieving families.
Handle disputes and litigation, contesting or defending wills, resolving executor disagreements, and protecting vulnerable beneficiaries.
What you'll need:
- At least 3 years post-admission experience (Senior Associate or higher level considered)
- Strong skills in both estate planning and administration, with litigation experience as a bonus
