Pfizer ANZ is seeking an experienced Field Medical Team Lead to guide a team of Medical Affairs Scientists across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne or remote options. The role focuses on coaching, field-based development, analytics and strategic engagement with therapy areas.
You will work with Therapy Area Leads to implement priorities, monitor field performance with dashboards, and drive capability development while ensuring Pfizer governance and compliance.
