A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
- Provide outstanding grooming services
- Support the Senior Groomer in completing daily grooming tasks
- Bathe and brush dogs prior to grooming
- Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with the coordination of customer bookings in the grooming salon
- Ensure the appropriate handling and safe transfer of animals within the store
- Work with the team to achieve and exceed set sales goals
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
Qualifications and Key Requirements
- Experience in a similar environment
- Physically fit and have a good understanding of dog behaviours
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Ability to lift products and animals up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
