Petstock Smithfield is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world-class customer service. This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday (40 hours) and focuses on coaching, stock management, and maintaining VM standards across the store.
The successful candidate will drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and foster a positive, safety-conscious culture while supporting local marketing initiatives and a strong in-store environment.
