In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring trends including the physical condition of the plant, to determine the effects on maintenance demands and plant reliability;
- Planning and delivering maintenance shutdown program;
- Minimising production downtime by investigating failures and taking appropriate actions to prevent recurrence;
- Maintaining and driving performance expectations on site through breakdown analysis and problem solving activities;
- Advocating and ensuring compliance with OHS and food safety policies and procedures.
To be shortlisted for this position, you will be able to demonstrate:
- 3+ years in a similar role in a fast-moving industry such as food FMCG or similar industry;
- Engineering degree qualified (mechanical or electrical preferred);
- A natural ability to engage, collaborate and build relationships;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel.
This role is based at our national head office and manufacturing centre in Mulgrave, which offers ample free parking, on-site staff shop and staff canteen.
