Automotive Parts Sales Specialist — Training & Birthday Leave in Melbourne

Right now, we have a vacancy for a motivated full-time Parts Sales Representative to join our dealership located in Deer Park and Tottenham.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Satisfy customers by providing effective and accurate interpretation and high-quality customer service
• Procure items needed for jobs that are not in stock
• Quote as accurately as possible on report sheets
• Drive and represent the Parts Department to grow trade sales

About you:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Exceptional communications skills and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in a similar role preferably within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of trade client base – Crash and mechanical
