It’s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they’re doing! Perth Airport is Australia’s Western Hub connecting the people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, Perth Airport plays a significant role in providing economic, social and cultural benefits to West Australians. We are delivering a multi‑billion dollar infrastructure program to transform the airport, including new and expanded terminals, a parallel runway, multi‑storey car parks and our first on site hotel. This investment will deliver a single, integrated airport precinct and a world class passenger experience. Beyond aviation, the Perth Airport estate spans more than 2,100 hectares and supports a $1.5 billion portfolio of industrial and commercial assets, with significant opportunities for future development.
As Network Manager, you will lead the safe, reliable and sustainable operation of Perth Airport's critical utility networks, ensuring they support both current operations and future growth. Acting as the network owner and asset custodian, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across asset management, network planning, operations, compliance and long‑term investment decisions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of critical utility infrastructure that supports one of Australia’s most important transport and commercial precincts.

- Provide technical leadership and assurance for infrastructure projects, upgrades and operational activities.
- Manage compliance, risk, incident response and service continuity across utility networks.
- Build strong relationships with Water Corporation, ATCO, contractors, regulators and key stakeholders.
- Drive performance improvements through effective asset management, data analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
- Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, Mechanical or similar).
- Extensive experience in utility network operations, planning, asset management or infrastructure delivery.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle asset management, risk, compliance and network performance.
- Experience with network modelling, capital planning and investment decision‑making.
- Knowledge of SCADA, GIS, telemetry and asset management systems.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, stakeholders and technical service providers.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Engineers Australia membership and/or Chartered status will be highly regarded.
