This full-time role focuses on mentoring individuals into employment, building confidence, guiding goal setting, and creating personalised plans to support their journey into work.
You will work one-on-one with customers, supporting barriers to employment and coordinating with In Work Mentors for smooth transitions to ongoing workplace support.
Travel within the region is required.
