Perpetual Limited is seeking a Governance and Oversight Associate to support advertising, marketing and distribution oversight activities. You will deliver accurate operational support across governance tasks, focusing on advertising reviews, distributor oversight and DDO reporting.
Work with Governance and Oversight, Transaction Management, Client Management, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams, engaging with investment managers, distributors and platform providers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
