This is a varied entry-level role combining administration and data entry with returns processing, stock support, warehouse trips and general day-to-day tasks. No previous office experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- General administration, data entry and updating spreadsheets or business systems
- Receiving, inspecting, sorting and processing returned products
- Submitting returns through customer portals and preparing suitable products for resale
- Assisting with basic stock counts, samples, labels and product handling
- Completing warehouse trips to collect samples, pick up items or drop products off
- Receiving mail and deliveries, preparing outgoing post and completing local errands
- Ordering kitchen, stationery and general office supplies
- Keeping shared office spaces organised and supporting meetings or team events

- Reliable, punctual and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with both computer-based and hands-on work
- Basic email, Word and Excel skills, or a willingness to learn
- A clear communicator who can follow instructions and ask questions
