Perkins Builders are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team in the Bunbury, working on large commercial construction sites in the South West region.

The ideal candidate will have experience on commercial projects upto $50M.

• Manage all on‐site elements of the construction process in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Oversee plant, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
• Drive high standards of safety by monitoring HSE performance, risk analysis, and adherence to SWMS and legislation.
• Ensure quality output using ITPs, Quality Management Plans, and accurate drawings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants.
• Coordinate resources with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator, including procurement within delegated limits.
• Maintain site records, diaries, labour logs, and progress reporting.
• Contribute to contract administration, cost schedules, variations, and reporting.
• Ensure security, maintenance and compliance across the site.
• Attend site and client meetings and provide management/quality reports.
