Responsibilities:
- You will manage a high performance team and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements with a strategic view, shared services and GL accounting - with a team beneath you running the day to day processes.
- Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around system implementations and process improvement as part of finance transformation.
About you:
- Circa 5 years experience across senior leadership positions - either as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
- Chartered training desired - audit or business advisory.
- Experience in a multisite operation (highly regarded).
- A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace.
- Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards along with strong financial management expertise.
