The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of a portfolio of investment entities
- Financial reporting and compliance obligations
- Financial statements and tax reporting
- Capital calls, distributions and treasury activities
- Drawdowns and repayments
- Exposure to acquisitions and transaction-related matters
- Review of legal and transaction documentation
- Liaising with auditors and external advisers
- Supporting structuring initiatives and process improvements
About You
This opportunity could suit an experienced Fund or Investment Accountant looking for broader exposure, or a CA/CPA-qualified accountant seeking to leverage strong technical accounting and tax capabilities within an investment environment.
You will likely bring:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong technical accounting and/or tax capability
- Experience working with trusts, companies or complex structures
