Assuming responsibility for:
- Financial control
- Operational accounting
- Cashflow management and treasury
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Support ad-hoc business analysis
- Implementation of processes in systems to support future expansion
You will inherit two long-standing staff with the immediate opportunity to hire an additional Accountant, thus providing an ideal platform to influence the future outlook of your team whilst maintaining stability.
Requirements:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience in property, funds management, construction/property development
- Understanding of fund accounting and fund structures is preferred
- Ambition to build a finance function and progress towards a broader CFO mandate
