You will actively engage with children and your love of play will be evident while ensuring supervision is maximised. We are endorsed by Nature Play QLD and run a Bush Kindy Program offsite. You will need to have a passion for outdoor learning and be willing to learn and grow with our philosophy. About The Role
- Leading and guiding the children and team members daily to off-site Bush Kindy/Beach Kindy
- Create, assess and manage excursions
- Drive the centre bus to excursions
- Leading and creating the nature play program at the centre
- Follow centre policies and procedures
- Attend personal development opportunities and staff meetings
- Up to 90% staff discount on childcare fees
- Above award rate
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
The successful applicant MUST have the following:
- Diploma of Children's Services
- A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- A current blue card
- Available 4-5 days a week
Please include in your cover letter your availability. Some exposure to outdoor education or nature play experience is required to support our Bush Kindy and nature-based learning programmes.
