You will have the skills to autonomously interact with children in a beautiful manner while extending their learning and fostering a safe and secure relationship. You will need to share your professional views and build on our ideas; we are not looking for a bench warmer. You will actively engage with children and your love of play will be evident while ensuring supervision is maximised. We are endorsed by Nature Play QLD and run a Bush Kindy Program offsite. You will need to have a passion for outdoor learning and be willing to learn and grow with our philosophy. In return, you will have an experienced and supportive network around you to help you grow as a professional.
About The Role
- Leading and guiding the children and team members within your room and all aspects of the educational program.
- Follow centre policies and procedures.
- Attend personal development opportunities and staff meetings.
- Up to 90% staff discount on childcare fees.
- Above award rate.
- Communicate professionally with families and team members.
- Available 4-5 days a week.
The successful applicant MUST have the following:
- Diploma of Children's Services.
- A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- A current blue card.
