Barminco is seeking experienced Underground Paste Crew Lead hands to join the Bellevue Gold Mine project on a full-time basis, with a FIFO roster from Perth. You will support underground paste operations, mentor crew members, and help drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement on site.
Role requires demonstrated paste crew or leadership experience in mining, valid operating tickets including leadership training, and the ability to work autonomously within a team while maintaining site.
