BTP is seeking a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead the Mackay workshop, oversee MRC and CRC service teams, and lift safety, productivity and workmanship standards.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will mentor tradespeople and apprentices, manage daily maintenance, rebuilds and repairs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced mining workshop.
This permanent role requires a Heavy Diesel trade qualification and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
