About the Roles:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator (Diploma or Certificate III qualified) who brings strong practical experience in an early learning environment and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working for a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Australian early childhood education and care setting, and a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF), and the ability to confidently implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Has a minimum of 2–3 years' experience working in an Australian early childhood education and care setting.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of child development, programming, observations and documentation.
- Has proven experience in managing children's behaviours, including challenging behaviours, using positive guidance and age-appropriate behaviour support strategies.
- Has the confidence and capability to support children with additional needs, including behavioural, developmental and emotional support requirements.
- Can adapt learning environments and activities to accommodate children with diverse needs and abilities.
- Is confident in supporting children's learning, development, wellbeing and positive behaviour.
- Has experience maintaining compliance with National Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Can work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Is reliable, professional, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding care and education.
