Following an extensive renovation and exciting transformation, Peppers Clear Mountain offers a premium hinterland escape, combining contemporary accommodation, exceptional food and beverage experiences, and breathtaking surrounds. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the beginning of a new chapter for this iconic property and play an important role in delivering the warm, polished and memorable guest experiences synonymous with the Peppers brand.
Located in the beautiful hinterland and just 20 minutes from Strathpine, Peppers Clear Mountain provides a unique working environment with spectacular views and a strong focus on quality hospitality and exceptional guest service.
What we are looking for in our reception team:
- A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience
- Someone with a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away
- Someone with hotel or resort front office experience in reception and/or reservations
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster
- Experience in property management system, Opera preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a professional work ethic, be well presented, self-motivated, take initiative and be responsible for your decision making
- Previous knowledge of Accor hotel systems (TARS) would be highly regarded
