Public Trustee of Queensland is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer (~5+ years PAE) to lead a small team delivering high‑quality legal advice and litigation services that make a real difference in the lives of Queenslanders.

About you
- Minimum 5 years PAE in litigation, dispute resolution or related areas (succession, equity, property or elder law)
- Experience managing or mentoring junior lawyers or paralegals
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to handle complex, sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy
- Eligibility for a current practising certificate in Queensland

The Customer Legal Services division acts for the QPT across a wide range of legal matters, representing the organisation before all courts and tribunals.
Salary $145,607 – $153,869 + super (up to 12.75%)
