THE ORGANISATION

This is an opportunity to join a purpose‑driven organisation focused on developing innovative products that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. With a strong global presence and continued growth across multiple regions, the organisation brings together highly skilled, passionate people who are deeply connected to the impact of their work. The culture is built around collaboration, curiosity, and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes. You’ll be joining a team of smart, motivated professionals who care about what they do and the difference they make.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Total Reward, this role will play a key part in shaping and enhancing the organisation’s reward strategy across remuneration, benefits, performance, and equity. This is an opportunity for a reward specialist who enjoys working through complexity, challenging existing approaches, and creating practical solutions that support both employees and the broader business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support total reward initiatives across compensation, benefits, performance, and equity
  • Review, redesign, and improve existing reward processes and frameworks
  • Provide expert advice on remuneration practices, market insights, and reward principles
  • Support the ongoing management and evolution of equity programs within a complex listed environment
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective reward solutions
  • Bring a critical lens to current practices and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and innovate
  • Support broader reward projects as the organisation continues its global growth journey

Over time, this role will provide the opportunity to expand your scope and support more senior stakeholder groups, including board‑level remuneration activities.

THE CRITERIA

We’re looking for a Total Reward professional who brings strong experience across compensation and reward, with the ability to think strategically while also getting into the detail. You’ll have a solid understanding of reward fundamentals, with experience in equity programs highly regarded. Exposure to global reward environments or a consulting background would be advantageous. You’ll be someone who can critically assess existing practices, challenge the status quo, and develop creative, practical solutions in a complex and evolving environment. Most importantly, you’ll bring curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves - someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, embraces change, and takes ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
